The agent uses artificial intelligence to understand customer requests, draw from your knowledge base, and respond in a contextual and personalized way.

Privacy

Is Support GDPR compliant?+
Yes. Support includes automatic consent on first contact and allows data deletion on request. All data is hosted in France.
Where is data stored?+
All data is stored on servers in France. No transfer outside the European Union.
Can I delete a customer's data?+
Yes. You can delete a customer's data at any time from the dashboard, in compliance with the GDPR right to erasure.

Billing

How much does Support cost?+
The Pro plan is €39/month and includes 3 agents, 2,000 messages/month, and all destinations. For larger needs, contact us for a Business plan.
How does billing work?+
Billing is monthly via Stripe. You can manage your subscription and invoices from the dashboard.
Can I change plans anytime?+
Yes. You can upgrade to the Business plan at any time by contacting us. The change takes effect immediately.

Technical

How do I integrate the chat widget?+
After creating your agent, you receive a JavaScript snippet to copy-paste into your website's HTML. Integration takes less than 5 minutes.
How do I connect WhatsApp?+
Connect your WhatsApp Business number via the Meta Developers console. The required information is shown in the dashboard when creating the agent.
Can I customize the agent?+
Yes. You can customize the name, avatar, tone, and add a custom prompt to adapt responses to your brand.
